We didn’t build Clinically AI from the outside looking in. We built it from inside the field, with clinicians, compliance leaders, and care teams who lived the problem every day. The result is a platform that actually fits how behavioral health works.
Our story
We started with documentation.We didn’t stop there.
Clinically AI was founded on a simple frustration: the best clinicians in the field were spending more time writing notes than sitting with clients. We built our first tool, Clinical Notes AI, to fix that.
It worked. And then our customers asked us to do more.
Today, Clinically AI is the intelligence layer for behavioral health. A digital assistant for every workflow, purpose-built for the workflows, standards, and complexity that only behavioral health brings. We’ve grown from documentation into compliance, audit readiness, SDK-level integrations, and beyond. But every expansion traces back to the same commitment: reduce the burden on care teams so they can focus on care.

Dr. Hromco brings over 30 years of leadership, clinical expertise, and innovation to behavioral health, including more than two decades in community mental health. At Clinically AI, he leads with a vision to bridge human-centered clinical wisdom with AI, ensuring every product decision is grounded in compassion, quality, and equity.

Elijah is the architect behind Clinically AI’s intelligence infrastructure. With a decade of engineering leadership, including two successful startups and a staff engineer role at a public company, he understands both the technical demands of behavioral health and what it takes to build AI that actually works in the field.

Melissa brings over 20 years of community mental health service delivery and behavioral health enterprise EHR consulting to Clinically AI. She aligns AI-powered solutions with the needs of mission-driven organizations, from CCBHCs and human services networks to state systems and safety-net providers. Her framework for each organization’s unique Org DNA is built into how Clinically AI configures to every client.
