Yes. Clinically AI can join live sessions, in-person or via telehealth, and provides real-time transcription. Audio is automatically deleted once your note is created. Post-session dictation is also supported.

Yes. Every part of our platform is designed to meet or exceed HIPAA standards. We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and offer full transparency into our privacy practices. A gap analysis is available upon request.

Under our Zero Data Retention policy, audio and text data used to generate clinical notes is deleted immediately after documentation is created, unless you choose otherwise. Your data stays yours.

Yes. Clinically AI holds SOC 2 Type II certification, meaning our security practices and internal controls are independently audited on an ongoing basis, not just at a single point in time.

Our data practices are aligned with FERPA standards for educational and school-based care settings, ensuring student confidentiality is maintained throughout the documentation process.

A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required under HIPAA for any vendor handling Protected Health Information (PHI) on your behalf. Clinically AI provides BAAs for group practices, enterprise organizations, and all partners who handle PHI through our platform. Contact us to request yours.

We integrate natively with 17+ EHRs and counting, including AdvancedMD, SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Kipu Health, Welligent, Credible, Exym, CharmHealth, TheraNest, Halaxy, Headway, RulaHealth, TherapyIQ, and PIMSY. Integration options include our Chrome Extension (works with any web-based EHR, no dev work required), direct API integrations for eligible systems, and FTP batch uploads for compliance workflows.

Our Chrome Extension is compatible with virtually any web-based EHR. If you don’t see your system listed, submit a support request and our team will have your integration set up within 2–3 business days.

Not for most setups. The Chrome Extension requires no development work on your end. Enterprise API integrations may involve your IT team, but our team handles the implementation.
