Fulfillment Policy

At Clinically AI, we prioritize user satisfaction and security. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for our 14-day free trial, subscription charges, and management of individual and organization plans. We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions securely.

14-Day Free Trial

  • Eligibility: New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial to explore our services.
  • Activation: The trial period begins upon the registration and activation of your account.
  • Billing Information: Users must provide valid billing information upon registration. Your card will not be charged until the end of the 14-day trial period.

Subscription Plans

  • Individual Plan: Available for single users, with the option to pay annually in advance or be automatically charged monthly.
  • Organization Plan: Available for organizations, with flexible user management and the option to pay annually in advance or be automatically charged monthly.

Post-Trial Charges

  • Automatic Billing: If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial, your card will be automatically charged for the subscription on the 14th day.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions operate on a monthly or annual billing cycle, depending on your selection.

Adding and Removing Users (Organization Plan)

  • Adding Users: You can add users at any time. The cost for additional users is prorated based on the remaining term of your billing cycle.
  • Removing Users: You can downsize your organization plan, and the adjustment is reflected in your next bill according to your term.

Cancellation Policy

  • During the Trial: Cancel anytime during the 14-day trial through the “Billing” and “Manage Subscriptions” sections. No charges apply if cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Post-Trial: If you cancel after the trial period, you will not be refunded for the current billing period, but you can cancel to avoid future billing.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Once your card is charged at the end of the trial or for any subsequent billing cycle, we do not provide refunds. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and cancellations through our platform.

Security and Compliance

  • PCI Compliance: We use Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor, to handle all payment transactions securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
